BAAA's Business Exchange is a reverse-style trade show hosted in a speed networking format allowing suppliers to connect with property management VIPs. Multifamily professionals can meet new supplier members and increase new product knowledge, creating new relationships in the industry. The West Club location means we stay cool while getting the awesome vibes of RayJay!

To combat overcrowding and to allow each Supplier and Property Management VIP ample time to connect, we will now have two waves of networking opportunities.

Suppliers, simply choose the AM or PM slot when selecting your ticket. You will only be allowed on the floor during your selected time. Management, we will provide a break and refreshments throughout the day for you.

WHO → We invite all members, along with their residents to participate in our drive!

WHAT → BAAA is collecting gently used professional, work ready clothing, shoes and accessories.

WHEN → June 1st - July 16th at the Business Exchange

WHERE → Donations can be brought to BAAA's Professional Development Center during a scheduled class, brought to the Business Exchange event or at any of our partner community drop offs by 7/16.

WHY → BAAA's Membership Engagement Committee and CARES Committee have partnered together to help individuals re-entering the workforce be successful for interviews by looking their best. Donations will benefit Dress for Success Tampa Bay and Suit-a-Bull.

Backpacks of Hope Drive

WHO → We invite all members, along with their residents to participate in our drive!

WHAT → BAAA is collecting new backpacks and school supplies for children across BAAA's territory who would otherwise attend the first day of school empty handed. We are seeking backpacks filled with school supplies for the 2025-2026 school year.

WHEN → June 1st - July 16th at the Business Exchange

WHERE → Donations can be brought to BAAA's Professional Development Center during a scheduled class, brought to the Business Exchange event or at any of our partner community drop offs by 7/16.

WHY → BAAA's Membership Engagement Committee and CARES Committee have partnered together to help local Title I schools who often serve low-income families. Donations will benefit Backpacks Across the BayHillsborough Education Foundation and the Education Foundation of Sarasota County.
