Substitutions & Cancellations
Both cancellations and name changes to registrations will be accepted until Friday, October 10th by email only to awards@baaahq.org.
Tickets & Seating
There are no physical tickets for this event. Instead, we have an interactive seating map to help identify your seating assignments. The only way to ensure your party sits together is to purchase a table for 10 guests. Single ticket purchasers will have open seating as noted in gold.
Accommodations
BAAA has secured a room block at the host hotel, Hilton Tampa Downtown for $249. Reserve your room online here.
Parking
Parking is available in the Fort Brooke Parking Garage, which is connected to the Hilton via walk through on floor 3. Parking is $2 for the first hour and $3 each hour after with a $15 daily max.
