Savings and Rebates - TECO and WaterWise Multifamily Programs

BAAA members are invited to the Zoom webinar Savings and Rebates - TECO and WaterWise Multifamily Programs, scheduled for Wednesday, Novemeber 16, 2022, at 1PM.

Properties can save thousands of dollars a month if they take the right steps to reduce energy and water usage on their properties.  This webinar will discuss what kinds of savings you can achieve, as well as provide detailed information on how properties can work with TECO and Tampa Bay WaterWise to receive rebates for upgrading to more efficient fixtures and other equipment. The webinar will also include representatives from Chadwell Supply, who can discuss availability and costs of these more efficient materials.  

Don't believe it?  Well, some of your fellow BAAA members have already participated in these programs are seeing big savings.  For instance, Tampa Bay Water Wise recently provided rebates to two apartments communities in the Tampa Bay area that installed WaterSense certified 1.28 gallon per flush toilets, which resulted in their water use dropping by 28% and 56%.  These apartment buildings received rebates ranging from $15,000 - $21,000 to offset the upfront costs, and they seeing huge savings on their monthly water bill and sewer bill.
