How to Keep Your Property Code Compliant

Our speakers will provide an introduction to code enforcement, an overview of key ordinances, code enforcement processes, and a discussion of common code violations at apartment communities.  Additionally, our speakers will discuss the new notice requirements that came into effect on October 1 in Hillsborough County.  The session will last about one hour and will include an opportunity for Q&A at the end.
