St. Pete Housing Authority Landlord Training

BAAA members are invited to join this Zoom webinar at 10:30AM on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, to learn all about the process of working with the St. Petersburg Housing Authority.  

In December, the City of St. Petersburg adopted a source of income ordinance that will require landlords to accept housing choice vouchers and other government assistance programs that provide benefits for at least one year.  In anticipation of enforcement of this new requirement, this webinar is being organized to familiarize members with the process of working with the St. Pete Housing Authority. 

The webinar will be led by Larry Gonzalez, Vice-President of Housing Choice Vouchers for the St. Pete Housing Authority and will go through all aspects of the housing authority process, including completing RFTAs, inspections, and renewals.
