Code Enforcement Pitfalls for Multifamily - Webinar Recording and Materials

On Wednesday, October 20, BAAA hosted the webinar “Common Code Enforcement Pitfalls for Multifamily."  The event featured code enforcement officials from Hillsborough County, including Joe Gross, Director of Code Enforcement, Jon-Paul Lavandeira, Division Director, and Laura George, West General Manager.

This webinar was a great introduction to the role of code enforcement and how code enforcement officials carry out their work.  Topics were far ranging, including how complaints are handled and other code enforcement processes, air conditioners, window screens, pool gates, pet waste, watering restrictions, how elements of the new tenant bill of rights and a number of other issues.
