The CDC’s Order extends the national eviction moratorium until December 31st. However, NAA’s preliminary injunction allows us to proceed under state law, and all evictions can be filed at this time provided the eviction does not take place within the moratorium period.
Harry noted that evictions can (and should) be filed now due to a backlog of eviction filings in the system.
