Important Dates
- January 17th - deadline for sponsorship commitments
- January 20th-24th - Sponsoring exhibitors select booths in order of commitment
- January 31st - Exhibit space selection begins for all other suppliers at 12:00PM EST.
- March 6th - Virtual Exhibitor Success Meeting at 10AM. RSVP at this link.
- April 9th - "Out of this World" Trade Show from 4-8PM.
Booth Pricing
- Standard 10x10 Booth (6 reps) - $1,000
- Corner 10x10 Booth (6 reps) - $1,100
- Island 10x20 Booth (8 reps) - $1,800
- Premium Double Booth (10 reps) - $2,400
Non-members add $750 to booth price

BAAA NEVER gives out our lists of attendees to any third party and these companies are acting fraudulently. Please disregard those emails and never reply to them or give them your info or money.
